摘要
肾移植是终末期肾病患者最有效的治疗手段之一,但术后受者需长期服用免疫抑制剂,易继发各种感染[1-3]。尤其是随着心脏死亡器官捐献(donation after cardiac death,DCD)供肾的广泛使用,进一步增加了感染风险[4],包括较少见的感染性心内膜炎等。南昌大学第一附属医院器官移植科于2019年收治1例肾移植术后并发感染性心内膜炎致二尖瓣腱索断裂的受者,现报道如下。
