摘要 碳化硼是制备高性能陶瓷的重要原料,因其具有高硬度、低密度、抗化学侵蚀能力强、中子吸收能力强等优点,在国防、化工、核能等诸多领域有着相当广泛的应用。笔者综述了碳化硼的性质、成形方法以及烧结工艺,综合比较了各种烧结工艺的优缺点,并对碳化硼陶瓷的应用发展进行了总结与展望。 Boron carbide is an important raw material for the preparation of high-performance ceramics.Because of its high hardness,low density,strong resistance to chemical corrosion and strong neutron absorption,it has been widely used in many fields such as national defense,chemical industry,nuclear energy and so on.In this paper,the properties,forming methods and sintering processes of boron carbide are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of various sintering processes are comprehensively co MPared.The application and development of boron carbide ceramics are summarized and prospected.
