摘要
随着材料科学和制造工艺的发展,3D打印技术也得到了长足的进步,文中对比分析了3D打印技术与传统机械制造工艺的特点,罗列了不同3D打印制造对于工业生产的优势,介绍了适用于不同材料的3D打印的工作原理,3D打印设备的发展历程和种类,突出介绍了为实现多自由度、高精度打印而设计的多轴和多自由度的3D打印设备。最后,分析了3D打印技术在汽车行业、航空航天和生物医疗等领域的应用及发展趋势。
With the development of material science and manufacturing technology,3 D printing technology has also made great progress.The characteristics of 3 D printing technology and traditional mechanical manufacturing technology have been compared and analyzed in the text.The advantages of different 3 D printing manufacturing for industrial production have been listed.The working principle of 3 D printing suitable for different materials has been introduced,as well as the development history and types of 3 D printing equipment.The multi-axis and multi-degree-of-freedom 3 D printing equipment has been designed to achieve multi-degree-of-freedom and high-precision printing.Finally,the application and development trend of 3 D printing technology in the automotive industry,aerospace,and biomedicine have been analyzed.
