摘要
介绍了高性能轻质铝合金型材挤压生产线的控形控性系统中自动堆垛的必要性,研究提出了挤压生产出的高性能轻质铝合金型材在控形控性系统中自动堆垛的技术路线,按照此技术路线,开发了不同的自动堆垛装备装置结构,包括行车输送型堆垛装置和过桥输送型堆垛装置二种不同的结构形式。建立了隔条自动摆放的隔条输送系统和料筐传输系统,此项装备技术应用于中铝萨帕40MN高端智能铝挤压生产线和土耳其30MN双动铝挤压生产线,极大地提高了生产线的生产效率。
The necessity of automatic stacking in the shape and performance control system of the high-performance lightweight aluminum alloy profile extrusion production line has been introduced,and its technical route has been put forward.According to this route,different structures of automatic stacking equipment have been developed,including two different structural forms of the crane conveyor type stacking device and the bridge conveyor type stacking device.The spacer conveying system with automatic spacers and the material basket conveying system have been established.This technology has been applied to Chinalco Sapa 40 MN high-end intelligent aluminum extrusion production line and Turkey 30 MN double-action aluminum extrusion production line,which has greatly improved the production efficiency of the production line.
