大尺寸拖马产品的力学实验装置设计研究

摘要 近年来,滚装船、特种货物运输船、散货船、支线船、内河船的订单呈上升趋势,对大尺寸绑扎产品的压力强度要求高。但是,市场上现有的实验设备不能满足大尺寸的产品压力实验要求。针对大尺寸的滚装船用绑扎件产品拖马的压力实验特点,本文设计一种非标的压力实验装置,采用四柱框架式结构,通过静力学的数值模拟和实验验证该装置的变形量。最终,实验结果表明该结构实验时变形小,可应用于滚装船用绑扎件产品的力学实验测试,也为其它类似大尺寸产品的压力实验,提供了工程上的解决方法和手段。 In recent years,orders for ro-ro ships,special cargo ships,bulk carriers,feeder ships,and inland river vessels have been in upward trend,and the pressure strength requirements for large-size lashing products are high.However,the existing experimental equipment on the market cannot meet the pressure test requirements of large-size products.Aiming at the pressure test characteristics of the large-size ro-ro ship lashing product tug,a non-standard pressure test device has been designed in the text,which adopts a four-post frame structure,and the deformation of the device has been verified through static numerical simulation and experiment.In the end,the experimental results show that the structure has small deformation during the experiment and can be applied to the mechanical experiment test of the lashing products for ro-ro ships.It also provides engineering solutions and means for the pressure experiment of other similar large-size products.
