摘要
根据工业机器人分拣系统的控制要求和工艺流程,提出了基于PLC和工业机器人为中心的自动化分拣系统解决方案。介绍了系统硬件组成,分析了系统工艺流程,讲解了色标传感器的工作原理和调试方法,分析了利用色标传感器识别不同颜色工件的过程,列出了工业机器人识别工件并码垛的程序流程图。本系统能够提升企业的自动化生产水平,降低人工成本。
According to the control requirements and technological process of the industrial robot sorting system,the automatic sorting system solution on the basis of PLC and industrial robots has been proposed.The hardware composition of the system has been introduced and the process flow of the system has been analyzed.The working principle and debugging method of the color code sensor have been explained.The process of using the color mark sensor to recognize different color workpieces has been analyzed,while the program flow of the industrial robot to identify the workpiece and stack has been listed.This system can improve the enterprise’s automatic production level and reduce labor costs.
