摘要
为了实现钣金切割生产线的全自动化,使用C#语言和MySQL数据库开发了一套上位控制系统。将生产订单分解至各个下位设备,完成了立体仓库、上下料机、激光切割机之间的自动联动,并将关键信息写入数据库以供查询、恢复。采用订单实时触发的控制机制,支持订单之间的动态调整,具备适应不同规模生产线的能力。经过测试,该系统可以实现出库、返库、上料、下料和激光切割的全自动化,并且具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to realize the full automation of the sheet metal cutting production line,a set of host computer control system has been developed by use of C#language and My SQL database.The production order has been broken down to various lower-level equipment.The automatic linkage between the three-dimensional warehouse,the loading and unloading machine,and the laser cutting machine has been completed,while the key information has been written into the database for query and recovery.The control mechanism triggered by orders in real time has been adopted to support dynamic adjustment between orders,which has the ability to adapt to different scale production lines.After testing,the system can realize full automation of outgoing,returning,loading,unloading and laser cutting,which has good stability and reliability.
