摘要
本文分别从模具材料、成型工艺类型、模具种类等方面对模具制备工艺进行综述和研究。对某款碳纤维复合材料电池箱模具进行设计,根据碳纤维复合材料电池箱成型要求,模具材料采用铝合金,上下箱体分别采用阴模和阳模制备。根据碳纤维复合材料结构,模具采用分模设计,四侧的模具和内部凸起结构设置5°的拔模角度。利用热压罐工艺成功制备该款碳纤维复合材料电池箱。结果显示电池箱成型质量较好,验证了模具的可靠性。本文工作有助于碳纤维复合材料电池箱的模具制备工艺研究和结构设计。
This article summarizes and studies the die preparation process from the die material,the type of molding process,and the type of die.Design a certain carbon fiber composite battery pack die.According to the carbon fiber composite battery pack molding requirements,the die material is made of aluminum alloy,and the upper and lower pack are made of female die and male die respectively.According to the structure of carbon fiber composite battery pack,the die adopts a split die design,and the die on the four sides and the internal convex structure are set at a draft angle of 5°.The carbon fiber composite battery pack was successfully manufactured using the autoclave process.The results show that the quality of the battery pack is great,and the reliability of the die is verified.The work in this paper is helpful to the research of the die manufacturing process and structural design of carbon fiber composite battery pack.
