摘要
激光加工中会产生大量的烟尘,不仅污染精密部件,影响机床的使用寿命,而且会给人体带来危害。现有的通风系统不能够有效地排出烟尘。本文借助CFD对烟尘在激光安全房中的扩散进行了分析,基于烟尘的浓度分布情况,为通风系统的优化设计提供了建议。
Laser cutting has been widely used in the industry,but a large amount of smoke and dust will be generated during laser processing,which not only pollutes the precision parts,affects the service life of the machine tool,but also brings harm to the human body.The existing ventilation system cannot effectively exhaust smoke and dust.The diffusion of smoke and dust in the laser safe room has been analyzed with aids of CFD.Based on the concentration distribution of smoke and dust,it provides suggestions for the optimal design of the ventilation system.
