摘要
对肉托竹柏核型进行了初步研究，结果表明，肉托竹柏染色体的数目为２ｎ＝ ２６．第 ８、１０、１３ 对染色体为中部着丝点染色体，其余 ９ 对均为近中部着丝点染色体，且在第 ２ 对染色体长臂上具次缢痕；按 Ｓｔｅｂｂｉｎｓ 的分类标准属较对称的“２ Ａ”核型．其染色体的绝对长度范围为３．３２－ ６．３９μｍ ，相对长度范围为 ５．３３－ １０．２５％ ．
This article deals with the karyotype of Podocarpus wallichiana Presl.The result showed that the number of chromosomes is 2n=26.There are four pairs of chromosomes(No.8.10.11.13)to be metacentrics,and the other nine pairs are submetacentrics.And there is secondary constriction on the long arm of the 2nd.Based on taxonomical standard of stebbins,it belongs to '2A'type.The range of absolute length is 3.32-6.39μm,and the relative length is 5.33-10.25%.
