摘要
针对Mo-Al2O3复合粉体的模压成形,通过实验分析的方法,快速优选出其最佳成形压力;同时探讨了压制压力对粉体成形的影响机理。研究表明,压力过小和压力过大都不会使压坯顺利成形,而是存在一个最佳成形压力,在该压力下压坯能获得最好的质量,为保证粉末冶金最终产品的质量打下良好基础。
For the molding of Mo-Al2O3 composite powder,the optimum forming pressure was quickly selected by ex⁃perimental analysis.Meanwhile,the influence mechanism of pressing pressure on powder forming was discussed.Studies have shown that too little pressure and too much pressure will not make the green compact form smoothly,but there is an optimal forming pressure.And under the optimal forming pressure,the green compact can obtain the best quality,which lays a good foundation for ensuring the quality of PM final products.
