摘要
树干涂白具有防虫、杀虫及美化环境的作用。传统的树干涂白工作一般采用手工涂白的方法完成,但人工涂白工作效率低下,涂白质量参差不齐,同时涂白剂的使用对人体存在一定的危害。由此,本文设计了一种手推式树干涂白刷树机,它由喷刷圆筒、涂白剂输送装置、涂白剂储液箱等组成,整个装置放置于手推小车上。整机具有结构简单、清洁环保、移动方便等诸多优点。
It has the function of preventing and killing insects and beautifying the environment.The traditional white painting of tree trunks is usually done by hand,but the efficiency of manual painting is low,and the quality of white coating is uneven.At the same time,the use of whitening agent has certain harm to human body.Therefore,this paper designed a kind of hand-propelled tree brushing machine for trunk painting,which was composed of spray brush cyl⁃inder,coating agent conveying device,coating agent liquid storage tank,etc.The whole device is placed on the manu⁃al trolley.The whole machine has many advantages,such as simple structure,clean and environmental protection,easy to move and so on.
