摘要
针对全液压平地机偏载时易出现跑偏和侧滑的问题,本文提出了一种带分流集流阀的同步液压驱动优化方案,并详细阐述了方案的系统组成和工作原理,进而从理论上对方案的同步性能和牵引特性进行分析和论证,最后得出优化后全液压平地机可在不同工况下实现最大可供牵引力和最佳动力性能的结论。
Aiming at the problem of deviation and sideslip of full hydraulic grader under eccentric load,this paper presented an optimization scheme of synchronous hydraulic drive with shunt collector valve.The system composition and working principle of the scheme were elaborated in detail.The synchronous performance and traction characteris⁃tics of the scheme were analyzed and demonstrated theoretically,and the optimized scheme was obtained.The conclu⁃sion was that the hydraulic grader could achieve the maximum traction and the best dynamic performance under dif⁃ferent working conditions.
