贵州山区生活垃圾焚烧发电项目水资源论证要点研究

Demonstration and Analysis of Water Resources for the Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project in Guizhou Mountainous Area

针对贵州山区水资源紧缺的现状,以某生活垃圾焚烧发电项目水资源论证为例,对其取用水合理性、取水可靠性、取退水影响进行分析。研究表明,该项目符合水资源条件、规划,能满足区域水资源配置要求,工艺技术合理可行,具有较好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

In view of water shortage problems in mountainous areas of Guizhou Province,taking the water resources demonstration of a domestic waste incineration power generation project as an example,the rationality of water in⁃take,the reliability of water intake and the impact of water withdrawal and withdrawal were analyzed.The research re⁃sults show that the project is in line with the water resources conditions and planning,can meet the requirements of regional water resources allocation,the process technology is reasonable and feasible,and has good economic,social and environmental benefits.
