Optimization of Nuclear Power Plant Working Process Based on ECRS Principle

ECRS分析法包括四项原则,即取消原则、合并原则、重排原则和简化原则。本文以A核电厂工作过程为研究对象,应用ECRS原则,结合电厂多年运行经验,提出工作过程的系统性优化方案,以提高工作过程的流转效率。

The ECRS analysis method includes four principles,namely the elimination principle,the combination principle,the rearrangement principle and the simplification principle.This paper took the work process of nuclear power plant A as the research object,applied the ECRS principle,and combined the power plant's years of operating experience to propose a systematic optimization plan for the work process,in order to improve the efficiency of the work process.
