主蒸汽管路系统的改进

摘要 为提高蒸汽品质、降低能耗、解决主蒸汽管路系统的水击问题,本研究对主蒸汽管路系统进行了改进。一是在蒸汽输送管路上每隔50 m设计并增加了一个疏水点;二是在分汽缸出来的电动阀门上安装了缓启动控制装置;三是在管道末端设计并安装了排空气性能更佳的热静力式疏水阀。应用效果表明,改进后的主蒸汽管路中的蒸汽品质大大提高,不仅有效保证了生产效率和产品质量,降低了能耗,消除了水击,而且提高了主蒸汽管路系统的安全性能。 In order to improve steam quality,reduce energy consumption,and solve the water hammer problem of the main steam piping system,this research made improvements to the main steam piping system.One was to design and add a drain point every 50 m on the steam delivery pipeline;the other was to install a slow start control device on the electric valve from the sub-cylinder;the third was to design and install a thermostatic trap with better air exhaust per⁃formance at the end of the pipeline.The application effect showed that the steam quality in the improved main steam pipeline was greatly improved,which not only effectively guaranteed production efficiency and product quality,re⁃duced energy consumption,eliminated water hammer,but aiso improved the safety performance of the main steam pipeline system.
