新型节能卧式内燃燃气锅炉研究

摘要 随着国家对环保的日益重视,传统锅炉的燃烧排放已经不能满足相关环保要求。因此,人们需要对锅炉进行内部结构改造,以提升其性能。本研究通过设计、使用分程隔板和大烟管,采用分区精准传热技术,弥补了传统锅炉的不足,降低了燃料消耗,研制出性能优异的新型锅炉。 As the state pays more and more attention to environmental protection,the combustion emissions of tradi⁃tional boilers can no longer meet relevant environmental protection requirements.Therefore,people need to modify the internal structure of the boiler to improve its performance.Through the design and use of splitter plates and large smoke tubes,and the use of partition accurate heat transfer technology,this research made up for the shortcomings of traditional boilers,reduced fuel consumption,and developed a new type of boiler with excellent performance.
