摘要
制作简便、成本低廉、精度高、适用范围广的种植导板一直是学者们探寻的热点。本文通过病例分析探讨将模型设计种植体位点方向与数字化扫描、数字化设计虚拟种植体三维位置相结合,在模型上制作牙支持式先锋钻种植导板的方法,具体展示制作流程及临床应用过程。该导板具有制作简便、成本低、可提高精度等特点,可用于单牙或少数牙缺失的牙列缺损种植修复。
