华南型雌雄同株黄瓜单性结实遗传分析 被引量:1

Genetic Analysis of Parthenocarpy in South China Type Monoecious Cucumber

摘要 为研究华南型雌雄同株黄瓜单性结实遗传规律,本研究选用华南型雌雄同株黄瓜强单性结实材料‘RH’与华南型雌雄同株黄瓜弱单性结实材料‘翠秋’组成4世代杂交组合,对遗传规律进行分析采用主基因与多基因分析模型。结果表明,该遗传群体2018年秋季和2019年春季两季的F2的分离群体的单性结实率均呈现正态分布,符合数量性状遗传规律;华南型雌雄同株黄瓜单性结实符合由两个主要基因+多基因控制的MX2-AD-AD遗传模型,在F2群体中主基因以及多基因遗传率分别为80.16%和0%,两对主基因以加性效应为主。说明单性结实主要受主基因影响,华南型雌雄同株黄瓜单性结实的相关研究的开展最好选择在春季进行,研究结果可为黄瓜单性结实材料的选育以及发掘单性结实相关基因起到指导作用。 In order to study the genetic law of Parthenocarpy of South China type monoecious cucumber,a 4-gen-eration hybrid combination of the strong parthenocarpy material'RH'and the weak parthenocarpy material‘cuiqiu'of South China type monoecious cucumber was selected in this study,and the main gene and polygene analysis models were used to analyze the genetic law.The results showed that the parthenocarpy rate of F2 population in autumn 2018 and spring 2019 showed normal distribution,which was in line with the genetic law of quantitative characters;the parthenocarpy rate of South China type monoecious cucumber was in line with MX2-AD-AD genetic model controlled by two major genes+polygenes,and the major genes and polygenes genetic rate in F2 population were 80.16%and 0,respectively.The main effect is the additive effect.It is suggested that parthenocarpy is mainly affected by the main genes.The best time to carry out the research on parthenocarpy of South China type monoecious cucumber is in spring.The research results can play a guiding role in the selection of parthenocarpy materials and the exploration of Parthenocarpy related genes.
