摘要
基于高层阶梯理论,以2009—2014年沪深两市A股上市公司为研究样本,研究了CEO学术经历对企业创新绩效的影响,以及企业创新投入在两者之间发挥作用的机理。实证结果发现:CEO学术经历能促进企业创新绩效的提升;企业创新投入在CEO学术经历与企业创新绩效关系中发挥中介作用。研究结论对促进企业创新发展具有一定启示意义。
Taking the A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2009 to 2014 as the research sample,this article studies the impact of CEO academic experience on the innovation performance of enterprises,and the mechanism of the role of enterprise innovation investment in between.The empirical results found that CEO academic experience can promote the improvement of enterprise innovation performance,and the innovation investment can play an intermediary role in the relationship of CEO academic experience and enterprise innovation performance.The above findings have certain enlightening significance for the development of enterprises.
