真正实现智能生产的水泥厂目前还是空白。不少企业对智能化的认识还存在误区:"以商业智能覆盖工业智能","以可视化混淆智能化","以自动化吹嘘智能化","以局部言全厂"。而真正的智能化,它应该能自动完成某些任务,或在程序指导下完成预定工作;具有进行某种复杂计算和修正误差的数据处理能力;具有自检测、自校正、自诊断、自修复、自适应、自学习、自优化、自组织、自协调等一系列"自"字功能;便于通过标准总线组成多种装置的复杂系统,实现复杂的控制功能,并且能灵活地改变功能和扩张功能。在建设智能化水泥工厂的过程中,我们不能被伪智能化的宣传所蒙蔽,应以智能、协同、绿色、安全发展为突破口,以"提高生产效率和能源效率,缩短和降低产品的研制周期,降低运营成本和提高产品质量"为目标,逐步推进。

Really realizing the intelligent production of cement plant is still blank at present.There are still some misunderstandings in the cognition of intelligence in many enterprises:" covering industrial intelligence with commercial intelligence confusing intelligence with visualization","boasting intelligence with automation"and"describing the whole with the part".But the true intelligence,it should be able to automatically complete certain tasks,or complete the scheduled work under the guidance of the program;with some complex calculation and correction of error data processing ability;with selfdetection,self-correction,self-diagnosis,self-repair,selfadaptation,self-learning,self-optimization,selforganization,self-coordination and a series of"self'word functions;Easy to form a complex system of a variety of devices through the standard bus to achieve the complex control functions,and can flexibly change the function and expansion function.In the process of building intelligent cement factories,we cannot be blinded by the propaganda of the false intelligence,should take intelligent,collaborative,green and safe development as the breakthrough point,in order to nimprove the production efficiency and energy efficiency,shorten and reduce product development cycles,reduce operating costs and improve product quality",advancing step by step.
