“互联网+”时代法学本科理论课程改革探索

“互联网+”时代,一方面要求教育领域加快实现教育现代化,积极推进“互联网+教育”;另一方面社会需要多元化的法律人才,“互联网+法学”就成为当前法学本科教育改革的契机和方向。论文着眼于“互联网+”时代对法学本科理论课程教育的影响,以法学本科理论课程改革为尝试,围绕课程目标、教学模式、课程设计、课程考核等方面进行思考,为法学本科教育改革提供有益的参考,使法学教育能更好地适应“互联网+”时代的要求。

In the internet plus era,on one hand,we should accelerate the modernization of education,actively promote“Internet+Education”model;On the other hand,society needs diversified legal talents,“Internet+law”model has become the opportunity and direction of the education reform for law undergraduate.This paper focuses on the influence of the internet plus era on the theoretical course education of law undergraduate,try to reform the theory course of law undergraduate,around the course objectives、the teaching mode、the course design、the course examination and so on carries on the ponder,providing a useful reference for the educative reform of law undergraduate,so that the law education can better adapt to the demands of the internet plus era.
