摘要 为了确保飞行器飞行过程中采集的高声压噪声数据的准确性,需要对噪声传感器进行校准。现有的校准设备不能同时实现全频带噪声传感器频率响应和高声压灵敏度测试。设计了一种由扬声器、功率放大器和隔声管以及信号适调器组成的噪声传感器校准装置,能够对同时对噪声传感器的灵敏度和频率响应进行校准。通过测试证明,搭建的校准装置可输出范围为130~160 dB的声压级,校准频率范围为50 Hz^8 kHz,非线性误差小于1%,带内不平度小于1 dB,可以实现高声压噪声传感器灵敏度和频率响应的校准。 In order to ensure the accuracy of the high sound pressure noise data collected during the flight of the aircraft,the noise sensor needs to be calibrated.Existing calibration equipment cannot simultaneously achieve full-band noise sensor frequency response and high sound pressure sensitivity testing.Design a noise sensor calibration device composed of a speaker,a power amplifier,a sound insulation tube,and a signal adaptor,it can calibrate the sensitivity and frequency response of the noise sensor at the same time.The test proves that the built calibration device can output sound pressure level in the range of 130~160 dB,the calibration frequency range is 50 Hz^8 kHz,the non-linear error is less than 1%,the unevenness in the band is less than 1 dB,which can achieve high sensitivity of sound pressure noise sensor and frequency response calibration.
