博落回根茎叶挥发油化学成分及抗菌活性研究 被引量:6

Chemical Components and Antimicrobial Activity of Volatile Oil from Roots,Stems,and Leaves of Macleaya cortada

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法对博落回根、茎、叶等3个部位的挥发油进行提取,利用气相色谱-质谱联用法对挥发油进行化学成分分析,并初步评价了其抗菌活性。结果表明,从博落回根、茎、叶等3个部位的挥发油中共鉴定出96种成分,但3个部位的挥发油成分存在极大差异。博落回叶挥发油具有一定的抗菌活性,对枯草芽孢杆菌ATCC 6633、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 27217、溶血性葡萄球菌ATCC 29213、青枯病菌GMI 1000、农杆菌ATCC 11158、大肠杆菌CMCC 44102、黑曲霉CMCC 98003、白色念珠菌ATCC 10231的抑菌圈直径为(7.7±0.6)~(15.9±0.8)mm,MIC值为125~500μg·mL-1。 We extracted volatile oil from the roots,stems,and leaves of Macleaya cortada by steam distillation,analyzed the chemical components by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and evaluated the antimicrobial activity.The results show that there are 96 components in the volatile oil from the roots,stems,and leaves of Macleaya cortada,but there are great differences in the components of the volatile oil from the three parts.The volatile oil from the leaves of Macleaya cortada has certain antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633,Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 27217,Staphylococcus haemolyticus ATCC 29213,Pseudomonas solanacearum GMI 1000,Agrobacterium ATCC 11158,Escherichia coli CMCC 44102,Aspergillus niger CMCC 98003,and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 with the diameters of inhibition zones ranging from(7.7±0.6)mm to(15.9±0.8)mm and the MIC values ranging from 125μg·mL-1 to 500μg·mL-1.
