摘要 随着社会物质的日益丰富,人们摄取食物的种类越来越多,但是伴随的疾病也越来越多,为了能够更便捷、更准确的检测人体是否患病,根据人体血液或者体液中的C-反应蛋白的特性,设计出一种基于STM32F103嵌入式的生物芯片检测系统,此系统是由光学、机械、电子、软件等部分组成的一种高精度、高效率、低成本的检测设备。该设备可以通过光学系统检测到样品试纸条所反射出的荧光强度,再通过STM32自带12位AD转换成电信号,最后配合内置软件根据荧光强度计算出样品试剂反应蛋白的浓度。经过对已知浓度样品的测试与标定,系统的稳定性良好。此检测系统不但可以应用于各大医院、养老院等大规模检测,也适合私人诊所、家庭等小型化检测。 With the growing of social material,people more and more kinds of food intake,but the accompanying diseases are more and more,in order to be more convenient,and accurate detection of the human body is ill,according to the Creactive protein in human blood or body fluids features,design a kind of biochip detection system based on STM32 F103 embedded,this system is composed of optical,mechanical,electronic,software and other parts of a high precision,high efficiency,low cost of testing equipment.The device can detect the fluorescence intensity reflected by the sample strip through the optical system,and then convert it into an electrical signal with STM32 and 12-bit AD,and finally calculate the concentration of the reagents reactive protein of the sample with the built-in software according to the fluorescence intensity.After testing and calibrating the known concentration samples,the stability of the system is good.This detection system can not only be applied to large scale detection in hospitals and nursing homes,but also suitable for miniaturization detection in private clinics and families.
