摘要
针对目前灰指甲治疗方法中,存在的用药量大、时间长、副作用大等问题,设计了一种基于超声波的灰指甲治疗仪。单片机PIC16F877A作为主控芯片控制输出高频正弦脉冲或矩形脉冲,经过功率放大电路放大后将其作用于患处。治疗时,通过接触式温度传感器实时采集指甲表面温度以监控治疗过程中温度变化情况。并通过仪器表面的显示屏及按键来控制波形、时长等。经过实验表明,该超声波灰指甲治疗仪对灰指甲有一定的治疗效果,具有较好的应用前景。
In order to solve the problems of large dosage,long time,and large side effects in the current treatment of onychomycosis,an onychomycosis treatment instrument based on ultrasound was designed.The single-chip microcomputer PIC16F877A is used to control the output of high-frequency sinusoidal pulses or rectangular pulses,which are amplified by the power amplifier circuit to act on the affected area.And the surface temperature of the nail is collected in real time through a contact temperature sensor to monitor the temperature change during the treatment.Besides,the waveform and duration are controlled by the display and buttons on the surface of the instrument.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic treatment instrument for onychomycosis has a certain therapeutic effect on onychomycosis and has a good application prospect.
