摘要
为了解决除微尘机设计后期最佳设计方案决策的问题,本文采用层次分析法(Analysic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,FCE)建立了除微尘机的设计评价模型。首先通过AHP进行了设计指标的层次划分,以功能因素、人机因素和美学因素为基准层指标构建除微尘机设计评价体系,并计算得到各级指标权重;再根据FCE对三种设计方案建立评价集以及关系矩阵,结合加权平均算子模型计算隶属度区间,最后进行设计方案的综合评价确定其定量优劣排序。
In order to solve the problem of optimal design decision in the later stage of the dust-removing machine design,AHP and FCE were used to establish the design evaluation model of the dust-removing machine.Firstly,AHP is used to divide the design index into different levels,and the design evaluation system of the dust removal machine is constructed by taking the functional factor,man-machine factor and aesthetic factor as the benchmark level index,and the weight of each level index is calculated.Then,according to FCE,the evaluation set and relation matrix of the three design schemes are established,and the membership interval is calculated by combining with the weighted average operator model.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of the design schemes is carried out to determine the quantitative ranking of their advantages and disadvantages.
