摘要
面向我国教育发展的重大契机,在“双一流”背景下,地方高校研究生培养工作也面临着新的机遇和挑战。沈阳工业大学管理科学与工程专业研究生培养工作紧抓趋势,结合现有研究生培养全流程评价体系,通过将科教融合交叉科研团队、跨学系项目团队和多层级教学项目团队融入时效动态评价指标,讨论了双一流背景下地方院校研究生全流程培养评价体系的构建、存在的问题和解决建议。
Facing a major opportunity for the development of education,the postgraduate training of local universities,under the background of"double first-class",is facing new opportunities and challenges.Shenyang University of Technology grasps the trend of graduate education in management science and engineering,and combines the existing full-process evaluation system for graduate training.By integrating science and education,cross-scientific research teams,inter-faculty project teams,and multi-level teaching project teams into dynamic evaluation indicators,the paper discussed the construction,evaluation,and solutions of the full-process training evaluation system for postgraduates in local universities under the double-first-class background.
