“心理疏导、价值引导、能力教导、知识向导”四位一体教育理念军校实践

针对军校学员工作学习压力大、军事训练强度高和学员环境适应难等突出问题,利用专业院系青年教员对军校学员成长规律认识深刻、对部队实际需求了解深入以及对武器装备发展趋势清晰掌握等自身优势,尝试把心理疏导环节高效融入到传统的“三位一体”教育理念中,以“学员发展为中心”创新提出了“心理疏导、价值引导、能力教导、知识向导”四位一体的教育理念,以专业基础课为载体开展了深入的探索实践,取得了显著成效。

Aiming at the outstanding problems of cadets,such as great learning pressure,high training intensity,difficulty in their adaptation and so on,this paper effectively integrates the psychological counseling into the traditional"trinity"educational concept,making use of the advantages of young faculty in professional departments to have a deep understanding of the army and the growth law of military cadets,and innovatively puts forward the quaternity educational concept of"psychological counseling,value guidance,ability teaching and knowledge guidance"centering on"student development".In addition,the thorough exploration and practice has been carried out and made remarkable achievements.
