醋酯纤维凉感面料开发与凉感检测方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 在醋酯纤维凉感面料开发过程中,借助于醋酯纤维的物理特性和化学特性,将超细旦或异形截面纤维与合适比例的其他纤维进行混纺或交织。同时,在纺纱过程中关注捻度、成纱方式、经纬纱密度、组织结构,还可通过凉感后整理的方式开发具有凉感功能的面料。根据凉感面料的功能实现方法,选择合适的凉感检测方法。研究发现,qmax方法适合用于评价通过后整理加工获得凉感性能的醋酯纤维面料,温度传感器直接测量法适合用于通过吸湿导湿快干的方式达到凉感的面料,导热系数测量法适合所有具有凉感功能的醋酯纤维面料。 In the development process of acetate fiber cool fabrics,superfine or special-section fibers are blended or interwoven with other fibers of appropriate proportion by means of the physical and chemical properties of acetate fiber.At the same time,yarn formation,warp and weft yarn density and structure in the spinning process are concerned,and fabric with cooling function can also be attained by means of cooling feeling finishing.According to the function realization method of cool feeling fabric,the appropriate cool feeling detection method is selected.It is found that qmaxmethod is suitable for evaluating acetate fiber fabric with cool function obtained through cooling finishing process.Direct measurement method through temperature sensor is suitable for acetate fiber fabric with cool function obtained by means of moisture absorption and moisture conduction and quick drying.The thermal conductivity measurement method is suitable for all acetate fiber fabrics with cooling function.
