摘要
抗菌药物在儿童消化系统疾病中不合理使用的情况普遍存在。长期使用抗菌药物可导致耐药菌株产生,甚至呈多重耐药性。本文总结了抗菌药物在儿童常见消化系统疾病中的合理选择及管理,旨在指导临床用药,减少抗菌药物在消化系统疾病中的不合理使用。
The irrational use of antibiotics in children’s gastroenterological diseases is common.The widespread and long-term use of antimicrobial agents can lead to the emergence of drug-resistant strains,even multi drug resistance.This paper summarized the rational selection and management of antibiotics in common gastroenterological diseases of children,in order to guide clinical medication and reduce the irrational use of antibiotics.
