己酮可可碱保护肾脏作用的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of pentoxifylline in protecting kidney

近年来,慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)发病率不断上升。CKD患者病情无法得到有效控制,最终将发展为终末期肾病,严重影响生活质量,甚至威胁生命。己酮可可碱具有改善血液流变学指标、抗炎、抗纤维化及抑制增生等作用,或能有助于治疗或预防CKD。本文围绕己酮可可碱肾脏保护作用相关研究进展作一综述,以期为临床应用提供参考。

In recent years,the incidence rate of chronic kidney disease(CKD)has been increasing.The patients with CKD can not be effectively controlled,will finally develop into end-stage renal disease,seriously affect the quality of life,and life-threatening.Pentoxifylline has the effects of improving hemorheology,anti inflammation,anti fibrosis and inhibiting proliferation,which may help to treat or prevent the occurrence and development of CKD.This review summarized the research progress of pentoxifylline on renal protection,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
