基于数字孪生的调距桨虚拟样机设计及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决传统实践教学中实装样机数量和承训需求之间的矛盾,将智能制造领域的数字孪生先进理念引入“舰船动力控制原理与技术”课程实践条件建设,围绕某型调距桨装置实装样机给出了打造基于数字孪生的调距桨虚拟样机“分身复用”实践平台建设方案,详细介绍了调距桨数字孪生多学科领域模型的建立方法和调距桨虚拟样机平台集成方式。教学实践表明,通过数字孪生技术打造的实践平台进行综合设计,解决了传统实装样机实践教学中存在的矛盾,激发了学员自主学习、自主训练的主动性,降低了学习成本,提高了学习效率。 In order to solve the contradiction between the number of actual equipment prototypes and training requirements in traditional practice teaching,the advanced concept of digital twin in intelligent manufacturing field is introduced into the construction of our university practice conditions.The basic idea of building a practical platform of“copy reuse”of real prototype based on digital twin is given around the prototype of controllable pitch propeller device.The method of establishing digital twin model of controllable pitch propeller and the integration of virtual prototype platform of controllable pitch propeller are introduced in detail.The teaching practice shows that the comprehensive design through the practical platform built by digital twin technology solves the contradiction in the traditional practical teaching of the prototype,stimulates the initiative of students’self-learning and self-training,reduces the learning cost and improves the learning efficiency.
