摘要
为了完善现有的有机化学实验教学内容,推荐一个大学本科基础有机化学教学实验—从废聚酯饮料瓶中回收对苯二甲酸。实验以废旧饮料瓶为原料,以乙二醇和碳酸氢钠为复合解聚剂,经后处理得纯对苯二甲酸。将本实验引入大学本科基础有机化学教学实验,可以有效地补充现有的有机化学实验教材内容,同时可以学习多种有机化学实验基础操作,激发学生的学习兴趣和投身于化学事业的热情和积极性。实验从原料、反应过程以及得到的产物等方面考虑,都符合绿色化学的理念。产物结构经IR,1 HNMR及高分辨质谱得到验证。
Recommend a primary organic chemistry experiment for undergraduate student-recycle terephthalic acid from waste polyester beverage bottles in order to complete present organic chemistry experiment content.Pure terephthalic acid was obtained via depolymerization reaction using glycol and sodium bicarbonate as compound depolymerization agent from waste beverage bottles.Introduce the experiment into the basic organic chemistry teaching experiment of undergraduates can effectively supplement the existing organic chemistry experiment textbook content,and at the same time can learn a variety of basic operations of organic chemistry experiment,inspire students’interest in learning and enthusiasm and enthusiasm for chemistry.It is in line with the conception of green chemistry considering from raw material,reaction process as well as products.The structure of the product was characterized by 1 HNMR,MS,and IR spectra.
