Microbiology experiment course is an important fundamental experiment in biology majors of comprehensive universities.In order to improve the teaching quality of microbiology experiment course,emphasize training of students in their basic microbiology experimental skills,cultivate the students scientific ability,and improve the students comprehensive quality,the modular experimental teaching mode was implemented,diversified and multi-phase experimental assessment system was established,and carefully monitoring every link in teaching.It is proven that the reformation is effective.
