摘要
智能制造技术的发展,对先进制造业人才的培养提出了全新的要求。以智能制造为背景,结合材料成型及控制工程专业卓越工程师培养实施过程,以现代企业实践教学课程为依托,紧紧围绕“现代机器人焊接装备和先进焊接工艺”的培养核心,通过从现代企业实践基体的选取与建立、智能焊接为核心的教学内容改革、企业自主实践创新项目的实践方式和全新的实践成绩评价方法四个方面的改革与探索,建立了一套完整的现代企业机器人焊接装备与工艺实践教学体系,着重培养学生的现代智能制造创新意识与现代企业工程技术素养。
With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology,lots of new university training requirements for talents in advanced manufacturing industry are put forward.With the training and implementation process of the education and training plan of outstanding engineers in material shaping and control engineering major of our university,we developed a complete university enterprise practice teaching system for the enterprise practice course,which is about robot welding equipment and advanced welding process.It includes the choosing and establishment of modern enterprise practice place,the reformation of teaching content on intelligent welding,the independent practice mode on enterprise innovation production project and the brand-new teaching evaluation method.Our reformation focuses on cultivating students’the innovation consciousness on modern intelligent manufacturing and the application ability on modern enterprise engineering technology.
