摘要
目的:检测微酸性电解水(slightly acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water,SAEOW)对于独立供水的口腔综合治疗台水路(dental unit waterlines,DUWLs)的消毒效能。方法:选择32台具有独立供水的口腔综合治疗台(dental chair unit,DCU),随机分为对照组(n=8)和实验组(n=8)。对照组选用无菌蒸馏水(distilled water,DW)连续15d供水DUWLs,实验组1,2,3组分别用有效氯含量10mg/L,20mg/L,40mg/L的SAEOW独立7d供水DUWLs,实验第1d开始采集每台DCU高速手机和三用枪水样,4h内送细菌培养、菌落计数,1次/d;连续7d。实验第8d始,实验组改变为DW连续7d供水DUWLs,1d后开始采集DCU高速手机和三用枪水样,送细菌培养、菌落计数,1次/d,连续7d。结果:SAEOW消毒后1d,实验1,2,3组高速手机和三用枪菌落计数组内比较均显著下降(P<0.01);SAEOW消毒后2d,实验3组DCU高速手机和三用枪水样平均菌落计数均小于消毒合格水样上限值:100CFU/ml;SAEOW消毒3 d后,实验3组菌落计数为0CFU/ml;实验1,2组菌落计数亦显著小于100CFU/ml(P<0.01);更换为DW供水后1~2d,实验1,2,3组DCU高速手机和三用枪水样平均菌落计数小于100CFU/ml,实验1,2,3组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);3~7d,实验组高速手机头和三用枪大于水样菌落计数在257~886CFU/ml,均显著高于100CFU/ml(P<0.01)。结论:有效氯含量10mg/L的SAEOW可作为消毒剂作用于DUWLs内环境消毒。
Objective:To explore the disinfection effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on dental unit water lines(DUWLs).Methods:32 dental chair units(DCU)with independent water storage tanks were divided into control group(n=8)and experimental group(n=8).DUWLs were supplied by sterile distilled water(DW)for 15 days in the control group.SAEOW with effective chlorine content of 10 mg/l,20 mg/L and 40 mg/l was used in group 1,2 and 3 for 7 days in the experimental group.Water samples from each DCU high-speed mobile handpieces and three guns were collected at a fixed time at the first day of the experiment The bacteria culture and colony count were infected once a day for 7 days.At the 8 th day of the experiment,DW was used to supply water to DUWLs for 7 consecutive days in the experimental group.After 1 day,water samples were collected from DCU high-speed mobile handpieces and three guns,and then sent to the laboratory for bacterial culture and colony count,once a day for 7 consecutive days.Results:Compared with the basic water samples,the colony count of high-speed mobile handpieces and three gun water samples in the three groups decreased significantly(P<0.01)on the first day after SAEOW disinfection,on the second day after SAEOW disinfection,the colony count of high-speed mobile handpieces and three gun water samples in the three groups were lower than the upper limit of qualified water samples:100 Three days after the disinfection of SAEOW,the colony count of the three groups was 0 CFU/Ml;the colony count of the first and the second groups were significantly less than 100 CFU/Ml(P<0.01);the colony count of the three groups was maintained less than 100 CFU/Ml for 1~2 days after the DW water supply was changed,and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05);3~7 There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The disinfection effect is remarkable with SAEOW with effective chlorine content of 10 mg/l for DUWLs.
