新时期高职院校“三全育人”工作的思考与探索——以北京农业职业学院为例 被引量:11

摘要 “三全育人”教育理念是新时期高等院校开展教育教学工作的理论依据和重要载体。但是目前我国高等院校,尤其是高职院校在“三全育人”工作推进过程中还存在着育人合力没有形成、育人过程尚有空白、育人方位还不全面等问题。对此,建议在加强“三全育人”工作顶层设计的前提下,强化育人主体,发挥“全员育人”优势;细化育人过程,完善“全程育人”路径;优化育人平台,夯实“全方位育人”效果。 The educational idea of"three all-round education"is the theoretical basis and important carrier of education and teaching in colleges and universities in the new era.However,in the process of promoting“three all-round education”,there is no joint effort to educate people,there are still gaps in the process of educating people,education is not comprehensive,and so on.In this regard,it is suggested to strengthen the main body of education,give full play to the advantages of educating people,refine the process of educating people,perfect the education path,optimize education platform,and consolidate all-round education effect under the premise of strengthening top-level design of“three all-round education”.
