思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。我国思想政治理论课建设历经初步探索时期、曲折前进时期、蓬勃发展时期等阶段,已逐渐发展形成成熟的课程体系。随着新时代高等教育的改革发展,思想政治理论课建设也存在一些问题和不足,需要对照新时代党的建设总要求以及思想政治工作改革新任务,进一步从思想、队伍、依据、教材、方法入手,采取有效措施,不断提高高校思想政治理论课的建设水平。

The ideological and political theory course is the key course to fulfill the basic task of cultivating virtues and morality.Ideological and political course construction in China has gradually developed into a mature curriculum system after going through the stages of preliminary exploration,tortuous progress and vigorous development.In the reform and development of higher education in the new era,there are some problems and insufficiency in ideological and political theory course construction.In this regard,it is necessary to contrast the general requirements for Party building in the new era and the new reform tasks of ideological and political work,further take effective measures from the mind,team,basis,teaching materials and methods,so as to continuously improve the level of ideological and political theory course construction.
