关于新乡贤推动农村发展的实践与探讨——以广东河源为例

Practice and Discussion on Promoting Rural Development by New Rural Talents——Taking Heyuan Guangdong for Example

人才振兴是实施乡村振兴战略、推动农村发展的重要因素。综观当前我国农村人才发展现状,依然存在农村主体缺失、人口老龄化、人才队伍层次低等问题。作为新时代乡村精英群体代表的新乡贤,可为农村发展注入强大驱动力。通过梳理广东河源农村人才发展存在的困境,总结河源依托新乡贤促进农村发展取得的实践经验与成效,探讨新时代激励和引导新乡贤推动农村发展的思路。提出应从完善制度体制,壮大新乡贤队伍,健全工作机制等方面出发,大力培育新时代乡贤文化,着力激发新乡贤工作激情,通过创新服务方式,进一步推动新乡贤在乡村振兴和农村发展中发挥更大作用。

Talent revitalization is an important factor in implementing rural revitalization strategy and promoting rural development.In a comprehensive view of development situation of rural talents in China,there are still some problems such as the lack of rural subjects,the aging of the population,the low level of talents,etc.As the representative of rural elite group in the new era,new rural talents can inject strong driving force into rural development.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the development of rural talents in Heyuan Guangdong,this paper sums up practical experience and effect in rural development relying on new rural talents in Heyuan,and probes into ideas of inspiring and guiding new rural talents to promote rural development in the new era.It is proposed to improve the system,strengthen new rural talent team,improve working mechanisms,cultivate the culture of new rural talents in the new era,stimulate the work passion of new rural talents,and constantly innovate service ways,so as to further promote new rural talents to play a greater role in rural revitalization and rural development.
