河南省技术转移现状评价及对策研究

根据河南省技术转移的研究现状和实际情况,分析了河南省技术转移服务发展中存在的问题,从学科、精准、专业、多机构合作、技术、服务深度和广度、智慧化等方面,构建了河南技术转移机构服务模式和实现路径,并提出一些对策。

In view of the problems existing in the development of technology transfer service in Henan Province,combined with the research status and the reality of technology transfer in Henan Province,this paper constructs the service mode and implementation path of technology transfer institutions in Henan Province from the aspects of discipline,precision,specialty,multi agency cooperation,technology,service depth and breadth,and intelligence,and puts forward some countermeasures.
