北京市职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的效能探析 被引量:1

摘要 职业教育作为一种类型教育,正在向提质增效方向发展,需要高素质的"双师型"教师队伍作为保障。总结北京市职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的实践经验,提炼出"一基、二元、三层、四化"的职教教师队伍建设的效能提升模型。从宏观、中观、微观三层效能因素的表现分析可见,北京市职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设成效显著,而且在"双师型"教师认定条件标准建设方面有突破,成为当前提升职业院校教师队伍建设效能的新动力源。但是,职业院校教师队伍建设仍面临一些关键性挑战,完善"双师型"教师的引进政策和认定机制、健全"双师型"教师培养体系、强化企业主体作用和提升教师信息化教学能力成为提升职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设效能的重要发力点。 "Double-qualified"teachers are very important for improving quality and efficiency of vocational education.The efficiency improvement model of the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges comes from the practical experience.The construction of"double-qualified"teachers in Beijing vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results,and the qualification criteria for"doublequalified"teachers has become a new power for improving the quality of vocational colleges’teachers.However,there are still some key challenges for improving the quality of vocational colleges’teachers.It’s very important to improve the introduction policy and recognition mechanism of"double-qualified"teachers,improve the training system of"double-qualified"teachers,strengthen the role of enterprises,and improve information teaching ability of teachers.
