信息化促进创新创业教育精准供给:作用机理与实施路径

Accurate Supply of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Promoted by Information Technology:Action Mechanism and Implementation Path

创新创业教育存在供需失衡的现实难题,而信息化具有的全域赋能功能为双创教育供给侧改革带来全新活力。通过搭建"双创教育信息化服务平台",厘清了双创教育供给侧改革的三方主体、构建双创教育精准供给关联主体模型;重构供需关联主体模型阐释信息化促进双创教育供给侧改革的作用机理,即需求端表达、供给侧调适及供需精准关联;最后,提出信息化推进双创教育精准供给的实施路径。

There are some practical problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education,such as"dislocation"and"imbalance"between supply and demand.While with the function of developing skills in all fields,information technology has brought new vitality to the supply-side reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper proposes to build"information service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education".The framework of public service supply clarifies the three main parts of the supply-side reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.On this basis,the relational principal model of the accurate supply of innovation and entrepreneurship education can be constructed.Combined with the practical dilemma of the imbalance between supply and demand of innovation and entrepreneurship education and its cause analysis,with reconstructing the relational principal model of supply and demand,this paper explains the action mechanism of the supply-side reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,namely demand side expression,supply side adjustment and accurate correlation of supply and demand.Finally,it provides the implementation path of information technology to promote accurate supply of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
