摘要 现代学徒制的成功有赖于科学的运行机制。学校与企业、招生(徒)与招工、学徒与学生、校培与社需、课堂与车间、教师与师傅、数量与质量、毕业与就业等一体化运行机制,对高职院校现代学徒制人才培养具有理论应然性。学徒与学生双重身份认定、现代学徒制课程体系有待健全、缺乏产教融合型企业衡量标准、企业师傅角色定位偏重技能指导、现代学徒人才培养标准不尽明确等构成制约现代学徒制一体化运行机制的现实或然性。科学进行学徒培养顶层设计,高标准优选学徒培养合作企业,构建学徒培养中的新型师徒关系、校企衔接学徒培养方案和校企共创学徒培养模式是构建高职院校现代学徒制一体化运行机制的必然性。 The success of modern apprenticeship depends on the scientific operation mechanism.The integrated operation mechanism of school and enterprise,enrollment(apprenticeship)and recruitment,apprenticeship and student,school training and social needs,classroom and workshop,teacher and master,quantity and quality,graduation and employment,has theoretical necessity for the modern apprenticeship talent training in higher vocational colleges.However,there are also a series of constraints that restrict the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship integration,such as the dual identification of apprentice and student,the need to improve the modern apprenticeship curriculum system,the lack of measurement standards for integrated industry-educational enterprises,the emphasis on skill guidance for the role of enterprise master,and the unclear standards for the training of modern apprentices.It is necessary to strengthen the operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship integration in higher vocational colleges through scientific top-level design of apprenticeship training,high standard selection of apprenticeship training cooperative enterprises,the establishment of a new type of apprenticeship in apprentice training,apprenticeship training scheme of school enterprise connection,and school-enterprise co-creating apprentice training model,etc.
