摘要
本次试验采用铸轧3004铝合金坯料生产的建筑装饰料,在制定的两种实验方案中,通过对不同工艺生产的产品低倍组织、性能等试验指标分析,确定最终产品工艺路线,生产出表面质量好、性能稳定的建筑装饰用铸轧供坯3004-H24铝合金带材,并实现批量工业化生产。
The test uses the building decorative materials produced by cast-rolling 3004 aluminum alloy billet.In the two experimental plans,through the analysis of the test indexes such as the macrostructure and the performance of the products produced by different processes to determine the final product process route,the 3004-H24 aluminum alloy strip with good surface quality and stable performance for building decoration is produced and the mass industrial production is realized.
