边疆民族地区农村寄宿制学生心理资本干预研究

摘要 为探索边疆民族地区农村寄宿制学生的心理资本干预方法,从边疆民族地区一所农村中学招募28名寄宿制学生参加心理资本团体辅导,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组14人。让实验组接受心理资本团体辅导,为期8周。在团体辅导开始前对照组和实验组进行心理资本前测,实验结束一个月后两组进行后测。实验结果表明心理资本团体辅导能有效提升边疆民族地区农村寄宿制学生心理资本水平。 In order to explore the psychological capital intervention method of rural boarding students in border minority areas,28 boarding students are recruited from a rural middle school to participate in psychological capital group counseling,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 14 people.The experimental group received psychological capital group counseling for 8 weeks.The control group and the experimental group are pretested for psychological capital before the group counseling,and the two groups were posttested one month after the experiment.The experimental results show that the psychological capital group counseling can effectively improve the psychological capital level of boarding students in border minority areas.
