摘要
教育实习是高校培养师生教育教学实践能力的关键环节,构建教育实习评价指标体系不仅是对实习生实习质量的评价,更重要的是它能帮助实习生自我发展、为指导教师的指导提供依据、为高校的教学提供参考与指导。基于对文山学院2014级和2015级地理科学及生物科学两个专业实习生及指导教师的问卷调查、访谈、座谈,从教育实习态度、专业教学实践能力、班主任实践能力三方面构建教育实习评价指标体系,并采用特尔菲法获得各级指标的权重。
Teaching practice is an important part of the teaching content of teachers'major in colleges and universities.The construction of the evaluation index system of teaching practice is not only the evaluation of the quality of interns'practice,but more importantly.It can help interns to develop themselves,provide basis for the guidance of teachers,and provide reference and guidance for the teaching in colleges and universities.The paper constructs practice teaching evaluation index system based on questionnaire survey,interviews,discussion made in Grade 2014 and 2015 interns and teachers from the practice teaching attitude,teaching practice ability and headteacher practice ability and obtains the weight of indexes at all levels using the Delphi method.
