论智慧城市框架下的档案管理服务平台建设

本文结合智慧城市公共信息服务平台的功能和特点,提出智慧城市框架下基于公共信息服务平台的档案管理服务模式和嵌入式档案管理服务平台建设的设想。在此基础上,简述了档案管理服务平台的内涵与特征,并对档案管理服务平台的功能与实现进行了具体探讨,指出智慧感知、智慧服务和智慧体验等功能的实现方法。最后,从构建档案管理服务平台测评体系、建立管理服务绩效智能评估系统等两个方面提出了嵌入式档案管理服务平台评估与优化方法。

This article combines the functions and characteristics of the smart city public information service platform,and proposes the construction of an archive management service model based on the public information service platform and an embedded archive management service platform under the smart city framework.On this basis,the connotation and characteristics of the archive management service platform are briefly described,and the functions and realization of the archive management service platform are discussed in detail,and the realization methods of functions such as smart perception,smart service and smart experience are pointed out.Finally,the evaluation and optimization methods of the embedded archive management service platform are proposed from two aspects:constructing the archive management service platform evaluation system and establishing the management service performance intelligent evaluation system.
