摘要
通过外观检测、厚度测试、漏点测试、剥离强度测试、电学测试、黏度测试、吸水率测试,对比了无溶剂环氧外防腐蚀层、黏弹体+外护外防腐蚀层2种外防腐蚀层修复技术的性能,综合分析各防腐蚀层修复效果;采用有限元软件ABAQUS对2种外防腐蚀层进行抗冲击和抗弯曲性能仿真试验和计算分析,进一步对比研究其性能优异。结果表明:黏弹体+外护外防腐蚀层综合使用性能较无溶剂环氧外防腐蚀层更好,黏弹体在受到外力作用时较无溶剂环氧能够表现出更佳的抗冲击、抗弯曲性能。
In this work,the performance of two different external coating repair technologies (the solvent-free epoxy coating and the viscoelastic coating with protective outer wrap) was compared by visual examination,thickness measurement,holiday inspection,peel strength test,electrical test,viscosity test and water absorption test,and then the repair effects of each anti-corrosion coating were analyzed comprehensively. In addition,the impact resistance and bending resistance of the repair coatings were numerically analyzed through finite element software ABAQUS. Results showed that the comprehensive performance of the viscoelastic coating with outer wrap was better than that of solvent-free epoxy coating. Particularly,the viscoelastic coating with outer wrap exhibited higher impact resistance and bending resistance than the solvent-free epoxy coating when subjected to external force.
