无铅焊接设备中不锈钢工件的替代或改性材料

Substitute and Modified Materials of Stainless Steel Parts in Leader-Free Welding Equipment

摘要 无铅钎料中Sn含量的增加、焊接温度的提高导致焊接设备中原有的不锈钢工件受到腐蚀而使其寿命降低,同时腐蚀引起的反应性润湿导致工件离开钎料时带出大量的钎料。针对这一问题,介绍了目前常用的焊接不锈钢工件的替代材料及改性涂层,分析了各种方法的优缺点,提出了在不锈钢工件表面制备Ti C薄膜以有效改善其使用性能的方法。 Owe to the increase of Sn content and the higher welding temperature,the corrosion takes place on the work pieces made of stainless steel and its life is reduced,meanwhile the reactive wetting induces lots of solder being brought out when the workpieces depart from solder container. Focusing this problem,some substitute materials and surface modified coatings were introduced in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were analyzed. Furthermore,the method of preparing Ti C film on the surface of stainless steel workpiece to improve its performance was proposed.
